All age levels will cover all areas of hockey development including, stickhandling, shooting, passing, skating, puck protection and body contact. Skaters will be engaged the entire session with the goal of 200 puck touches per player. The ice will be broken up into multiple stations resulting in maximum participation and individualized attention.

All age levels will participate in dryland training. Dryland will focus on exercises meant to increase speed, quickness, strength and flexibility. We will provide take-home programs, so the players can work on basic dryland at home as well as provide tips for nutrition improvements. Dryland activities will be fun and age appropriate.
